Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns except for faulty items. All faults must be reported via email marianne@beeandbumblebespoke.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.  

I am happy to accept exchange of items within 14 days of purchase if unsuitable, except for bespoke orders. Due to the items being made from thread, they must be returned unworn. Buyer must pay postage costs for return via a tracked service. To initiate an exchange please contact us via email marianne@beeandbumblebespoke.co.uk

All of my items are made from durable thread and if taken care of should last years. Returns will not be accepted for wear and tear of items.

No returns for bespoke items.
